DEINE ROLLE:

Die Position des Versandleiters (f/m/d) verantwortet die Planung und Ausführung von Paket-Versandaktionen . Der Versandleiter plant die Lagerung, Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand inkl. Personal- und Materialbedarf, bereitet Versandlisten für die Übergabe an Transportdienstleister auf und berichtet intern an Auftraggeber aus den unterschiedlichen Bereichen.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

Personalführung für Lager- , Kommissionier- und Versandmitarbeiter
Fachliche Leitung von Warenannahme, Wareneingangskontrolle, Einlagerung
Fachliche Leitung von Auslagerung, Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Warenausgang
Sendungsbeauftragung, Tracking und Abrechnung bei Paket- und
Speditionsdienstleistern
Kalkulation, Planung und Durchführung von projektbezogenen Kommissionier- und
Versandaktionen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projekt-Team inkl. fachlicher und
personeller Führung von temporären Mitarbeitern
Regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management
DEIN PROFIL:
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Kommunikative Fähigkeiten / Kundenbetreuung
Innovatives Denken und Herangehen an Herausforderungen
Bereitschaft, sich intensiv und professionell in relevante Themen einzuarbeiten
Durchsetzungsvermögen
